The most crystal clear lecturer Ive ever had. Just make sure you memorize every small detail for full marks. She's extremely knowledgable and helpful. So happy I had her as a teacher. Make sure you got to class and take notes. She adds extra info to slides. All info is fair game.

amazing prof, she cares about her student, very approachable and willing to help, enjoys to see students learn, test are difficult but strait out of the lecture material, you need to know every single detail covered in lecture, very interesting subject. super organised prof, all the material and lectures are very organised. overall recomended

Easy course especially for a fourth year bio class. Basically memorize every slide and details and you will get an A. When marking she is very particular when it comes to knowing numbers so make sure you include estimates of important numbers or u will lose marks. Also labs were super easy and so were the assignments. She was also very helpful

Makes animal ecology easy to understand, very well spoken with class notes that are amazing. Approachable, intelligent and wants you to get a good grade. Not text book, group labs, this is only the second course that i would recommend to people at york and i have taken many courses.

she is an awsome prof who is passionate about ecology and evulution and that is reflected in her lectures which she made as interesting as possible (we are talking about ecology and evulution here...) overall tests are not hard

One of the best classes I have taken (animal ecology) and all notes were given on a CD at the beginning of the term so you could just focus on what was being said in lectures. She picked interesting case studies. Cool woman.

She is extremely knowledgeable. This lady knows her stuff, i really liked her lectures and I found her notes to be excellent. Read the notes for tests, people who depended only on the book didn't do well. Her exam is tricky but doable if you study!
