In this seminar, there was a lot of reading, and writing. The main thing about him, is he doesn't give the best feedback on writing, his lectures can go on long rants, and he is looking for very specific things in the writing. Overall was an interesting topic and learned a lot about Autism

I took a class called Crossing Borders: Autism and Other Ways of Knowing. It's going to be hard for another class to beat this class for being my favorite. The subject matter was interesting, the class was engaging, and though it was a lot of work, Dr. Mills really was willing to help his students grow with their writing. Office hours are helpful.

Extremely intelligent and always assigns amazing reads! Most of the time I enjoyed doing my homework because the literature was so great. Totally recommend taking a class with him.

Took his short story class at K. He's a tough essay grader, and I never got an A, but the comments were so helpful that I know I came out a stronger writer. Mills is really supportive. Just go to his office and he'll help you with anything. If you have the opportunity to take his class, do. Prof's of his caliber are rare.

Love him. One of the best profs at K. Socially awkward, yes. But an amazing guy. Tough grader, but knows what he is talking about and is hilarious even in class he will make the best worst jokes you have ever heard.
