Completely unrealistic, entirely pompous, and unwilling to teach anything about how to present English in the Junior-Intermediate curriculum. He had a job to do and I left with no help whatsoever in how to teach English. Instead I had his personal pedagogy rammed down my throat on a weekly basis.

Was so negative about everything...he has great ideas to change the system but it won't work through being negative 100% of the time. I was dying to get out of that room after he was finished ****ing about everything. I mean way to taint the next generation of teachers in a negative way before we are even in the profession.

Brilliant guy, great mind, but spends the whole year on lecturing about the need for a real connection with students, holistic approach, etc. Then he hires a marker so he never sees our work, and doesn't learn anyone's name.
