Dr. Eastman is a sweet wonderful woman, she is there if you need help. She can be a little awkward and nutty but she is wonderful. The class is easy and if you have any functioning brain at all you should have no trouble passing with a B if not an A. She is very clear about what she wants and even posts previous exams online. Easy as ABC123

Eastman is by far the sweetest professor I have had at USC. Her lectures are pretty boring (I didn't go to class much, not that she cared). With that said, she's beyond understanding and will doallow anything to improve your grade. I actually enjoyed the material and assignments, too. I definitely recommend Eastman for this class or any others.

Dr. Eastman is one of the nicest ladies I know. She is so helpful and has plenty of experience. I would take her for any class. She is willing to help if your willing to work and learn. You can't ask for much more.

Nicest lady I know. She actually cares about the students and will work with you on missing assignments, bad grades ect. She's there to help and is super kind. Even let us exempt from our final!! Don't bother buying textbook she posts the info online.

The material has been pretty easy--and that's good, since she barely gives any useful notes. There is no class website and supporting materials in the dropbox system are messy. She has been talked about her birds and snakes for 20 min in each class.

Dr. Eastman is a waste to the Engineering school. This class is on Visual Basic which is easy for most including me. But everyone in the class if lost. She gives the worst direction and is totally a mess. The school is dumb for making her director of undergrads, and paying her 100k+ per year.

Dr. Eastman said something about bad comments so I logged on and I just want to ask how many people ASKED her for help. I was having a problem with submitting the .exe file and she helped me and also helped a friend with the assignment. She is a really good professor but I think a lot of people are too shallow to ask for help.

Avoid this woman at all costs, the class ended over a semester ago and we are just now getting our grades. Her grading system is messed and she lost many important Documents of the students. I will NEVER Take this professor again, she is a CANCER in the engineering department.

At the beginning of the semester, she will give you a list of things you need to turn in for the class. At a later date, about two months in to the class, she will suddenly reveal to you that if you do everything on that list, you will only get a C. Regardless, the class is easy and is insanely boring. No exams, but one speech you have to give.
