Professor Campbell is a really great teacher. Her class has a lot of work in it but it is still doable and she works with you when she can. Her online class- for the tests be sure to have a REALLY stable internet connection. She only drops 3 of the lowest assignments and if your internet fails that will be the one she drops. It has happened twice.

Would not recommend taking her online class. Her quizzes are way too specific. Her quizzes are focused more on rote learning compared to evaluation of understanding of text. I mean the quiz is proctored, and how would you expect to remember every bit of detail from the text and unnecessary imaginary examples from the text.

I would not RECOMMEND taking her online classes. Because once you answer a question, you cannot go back and change it. She does not let you review older quizzes. And the quizzes are PROCTORED I mean she clearly doesn't trust her students. Also, she opens quiz only ONE DAY before its due.

barely gives enough time on quizzes to read the questions, no back tracking and you can't even flag a question to go back to.

This is the worst online class I have ever taken. She is not helpful whatsoever. The quizzes are ridiculously specific to the text.

She can be a little out there at times, but overall she is a good teacher. She gave us 3 tests and dropped the lowest one. She does not drop the final. I would go to class because she lectures from her notes and she does not use technology. I really enjoyed this class. Her tests can be hard, but overall the class is not too hard.

Her class is lecture heavy, but she makes it enjoyable. She treats you like an adult rather than a student and expects you to act like an adult, which I really appreciated as a freshman. She is pretty weird, so prepare for some pretty odd stuff, but it does help with understanding the material.

Campbell is a really great professor and shes hilarious. She does lecture a lot but they are pretty interesting and everything she lectures about is on the exams so make sure you attend class. She also does a review before the exams. The exams are very easy if you listen to the lectures, I never made lower than a C on them.

Skipping/not paying attention during lecture will hurt you. She lectures from the book, she's unique & entertaining so they're pretty clear & easy to remember. Tests are book + lecture. Yes, you have to take lots of notes and yes, you can do it. Don't be afraid to ask about a topic you don't understand, she will gladly explain with clarity.

This class is easy, but only if you're willing to sit through her lectures. She's very obnoxious and loud which is very annoying during lectures. She lectures everyday, and that's what's on the test so participation matters. It's just so hard to sit through her class..

Dr. Campbell was great. It was a fun class and I would take her again. Her lectures are from the book. Her study guide is mostly from the notes but what isn't is easily found in the book.

She's very outspoken and strange, BUT her class is easy. I went to class every day and took notes on everything she lectured on. After the first test I realized that was a waste of time. The questions were word for word out of the chapters. READ the chapters and know the vocabulary and you'll pass the class with an A. She drops the lowest test.

She's honestly a sweet lady, but she's got this borderline annoying habit of repeating her words several times over. She's a bit awkward, but will explain if you don't understand a topic. She likes to use weird, bold metaphors. She's not a terrific professor, but if you are there to take the class seriously, you should do fine

Dr. Campbell is a very nice lady and is funny. However, she tries too hard to be funny. Get ready to read your chapters because the lectures aren't what is on the tests. It's a relatively easy class if you read your chapters.

Easily got an A on the first test just by showing up and looking over my notes. Shes way too long winded and all over the place but it isn't a difficult class. Don't expect to get out early, she loves to hear herself talk. Definitely a unique individual

She likes to pick on her students and uses lots of examples. She's funny and talk about very surprising subjects. You will have to put forth an effort and study. There are LOTS of notes and you may want to record lectures. She works with you on test schedules.
