this class sucked. Although it was very easy. She did not follow the outline of the class. Assignements were not explained. we were suppose to do two quizes and we never did them. She gets carried off subject a lot, i didnt learn anything in the class.

The whole time you are in class you feel like a deer in a headlights. Alot of info is thrown at you abut you are never sure what you should be learning. Seems very disorganized, doesn't "teach" well at all. Good luck if you have her.

she is just lazy. doesnt like to teach, assignments dont make sense, and i tried to get ahold of her 7 times ( 5 email and 2 in person) and she never responded as to whether she recieved a paper of mine. CLASS IS COMPLETELY WORTHLESS.

The quizes are hard unless you study a decent amount. you have to write a couple page paper, it's not that bad. the class is very informative. get your assignments in on time and pay attention and you should be fine.

Doesn't explain assignments at all. Quizzes at the beginning of the year were impossible but i think she finally figured that out and is maybe getting a little better. Needs to learn that the food tech is not all food related majors.
