Cassie is a fav professor she is highly motivated you will catch that high energy bug from her. No she is not easy and yes you have a lot of work to do but,she is very helpful and gives you plenty of chances to get your essay together right with some revising and some greats thought. Cassie's classes have been so rewarding. I have grown.

HIghly recommend! Cassie picks interesting books, and leads great discussions; isn't afraid to go off-topic if it's a good discussion. Relatively easy A if you're not afraid to work a little. The last paper is killer, but all-in-all good class.

Cassie is really nice, energetic, and loves teaching. She's very friendly. She chooses interesting books for us to read. She always lets class out early, and cancels a lot too. She grades pretty hard, and expects you to have perfect responses, and she is hard to get a hold of outside of class. But, other than that, her class was very enjoyable.

Loved this class with Cassie, she's a gem and a really nice person. Material was a little tedious at times, but Cassie is an ace at making it relevant and interesting. Enjoyed her class because I love Gender and Women's Studies. Topics we delved into were sensational. Show up, be interested, and do your work well and you will receive an A!

Just had her for a womens studies class. I was not at all interested in the topic prior to taking this class; and now it is my minor. GREAT TEACHER!!! Very interesting! Strong feminist! Grades a little strage, she'll give you a 93% on a paper that has no errors and write "GREAT JOB!!!" Other than that, she's fun! Brought candy for us too! :)

AWSOME person and teacher! The class is hard, but she made it enjoyable. She did seem quite liberal but didn't discourage conservatives like myself. She was helpful, thoughtful, and fair with grading. Best english teacher I've had!

First of all, don't believe what you hear from the freshmen. Of course they think she is hard; they haven't had a real class yet. I think she is fabulous. She is a feminist, but won't discredit or disparage your views. She also doesn't pick faves based on political views at all. She is great- you should take her class!
