Professor Gunnoe is an extremely caring individual. Though I had him for an introduction to college type class that wasn't heavy on academics per say, I thoroughly enjoyed him as a professor. He has a great character and truly cares about his students. Even after taking his class, he would greet me on campus to check in with my success.

I've taken many classes with Gunnoe. He is by far my favorite professor at Aquinas. His classes can take a bit of work, but as long as you pay attention to the lecture and study for the tests you don't have to read all the material, though I would recommend it. He is funny and interesting. I'd definitely recommend him.

Love him, love the "but I digress", very helpful in and out of class, variety of lecture and discussion works well. Yes it's a lot of info, but HELLO it's a SURVEY class! He's cute as a button and super smart.

This class is a bit much for a 3 hour block at night but it's worthwhile. He throws in many tangent stories and uses a video almost every week, which is nice. He's a great guy, I have nothing bad to say.

He tends to get bogged down in spots and then rush through to the end of the unit right before the test. If you can handle the entire history of Russia from the Vikings to Peter the Great in ten minutes, then you'll be fine.
