It's a tough subject if you've never done it before. The math is pretty straightforward if you're grounded in differential equations. Dr. Brice always seemed available, but sometimes unaware when the class is getting confused. Ask questions and he'll answer. Tests are pretty straightforward, tough, but do the homework and you'll be fine.

Made circuits for non-electrical majors a breeze. Content was easy and logical, no need to go to class really. But he is a good professor, very fair in grading, and if you can take him I highly recommend it! Very little homework, tests are not too difficult, much easier than the other classes you will be taking.

Dr. Brice, as stated before, is boring. The material is also boring and very difficult to understand. Once you understand the material, the class is easy. Be prepared for a lot of math. You may get lucky and hear him make a joke or two. He grades pretty fairly, Had a B test average and still got an A in the class.

Dr. Brice is indeed boring. And yes, he laughs at his own jokes. However, he is a wonderful teacher. I suspect that some of the reviewers here have not taken many classes at USC. Brice gives a lot of real-world examples and answers students' questions very thoroughly. Now that I know better, he's a great professor.

One of the worst instructor you can get in college.He comes to the class, starts lecture and you don't know what subject he is talking about.You don't know what chapter he is in.You will be always lost in his lectures.He jokes around and only the brownnosers are laughing about his jokes and of course himself.
