I had Dr. Miller for Business Law. He doesn't use powerpoint or anything on the computer. I'll admit that his handouts are a little confusing but you really need to read the book and take good notes in his class. Add your notes TO the handout. That's the key. He's not a bad guy.

I had to dropout of his class. His tests are literally 10 pages long, and i am serious ! Very unclear, and too much into law, if you need an opinion on a matter, he would not help you, because he is afraid you are going to sue him ! ridicoulous, and too old to teach. There were only 12 people in his class and that explains y ??? DON'T TAKE HIM!

I had this teacher for 1 month, I decided to drop the class since I felt I was loosing my time with an inept out of order and computer illiterate person; he never used a computer!. His classes were boring, and his handouts were unfunctional. I do not recomend this teacher to anyone, only if you like to be confused and boared.

Please do not ever take this teacher ever for any class he may be teaching! I tried his accounting class and did all my work before class and his lectures confused me more then when i started. Do yourself a favor and take keliher for bus 125 if you can.

He gives handouts, but it appears to be harder on the test. He offers about 30 points extra credit, all of which are IN-CLASS-QUIZES! So if you don't get good grades on 140-point tests, and in-class quizes, you will fail, just like ME!

accounting is not an easy to class to begin with, and he made it harder with his teaching style and his lack of caring in my opinion. he marked me off 30 points on my last exam for bad handwriting even tho i got the question(s) right. dont take him.

If you want to fail, take him. He is horrible at teaching and should quit, today. Just don't call him Mr. Miller, because "it is Dr. Miller" I studied for 3 weeks for his test, and he marked me off for bad handwriting! I got it right but he still marked me down for not writing up to his standards. Horrible, just horrible.

Helpful teacher, with a not hard project to do, but his exams are usually too long. But if you read the book and especially the handouts, you are going to be fine. Make sure you have a good attendance and participation and do the assignments and your have great chance to have A or B.
