When I first started college I wasn't sure if I want to go into Sociology or Psychology. I took 1301 with Dr. Finch and I knew. Psychology. He made it so interesting that I just wanted to learn more. I have taken 3 more classes from him since.

With Dr. Finch's method of teaching, it looks easy. But the way he teaches you learn the material even when you think you are not getting anything out of the class. He is an effective teacher. If you are commited to learning he is the teacher to take. I liked his class.

Cool teacher, kept the students up during our early morning class.Super easy class,just pay attention to the PP & memorize the quizzes on the ebook and review the practice test and you have an A. Practice test are just like the test.If you need help, he will work with you.

He is a great professor..I absolutely loved him. He teaches straight frm book wit pwrpoints. I made an A on every test but u must STUDY and GO TO CLASS to pass. Lot of work but I enjoyed it. I'm great at memorizing which is wut this class is about.Use all of the practice test & read every chpt thouroughly and u will do fine.I worked hard, got an A.

Like all psychology classes you're going to find, there is just too much information to learn in one semester - so it's covered quickly. Don't miss a class or you'll be behind. All of his information is straight from the textbook - just do the online practices and you'll be fine. It's more about memorization than actually learning. Very cute man.

Goes by the book, lot of reading gets annoying and his power point presentations goes by to fast, I wish he can make psychology more interesting. lot of information to cover and take it if you want to major in psych. Tests are multiple choice 80 questions, read and do the practice tests a few times and you will make a B

Professor is a great instructor. Read, read, read. If you do not read, you will not get a good grade in the class. The tests are based on the reading and class material, so show up...it reinforces leaning and hooks it into memory. I would recomend him to anyone wanting to know more about psych.

How can other students give this guy a high rating? I made an A in his class and I still would not recommend this man to my worse enemy.
