Def one of the best profs I've ever had. She's full of energy, enthusiasm, makes the class fun and tells stories that relate to the material. She has HW assignments that aren't hard as long as they're detailed, 5 discussion questions online, and five tests. If you read over the chapters and put in some studying, you can get an A or a B easily

Dr. Newburg is a great professor! Her class is very interesting and she is quite entertaining. She is very hyper and tends to jump around a lot, which can be a little distracting at times when trying to learn. Overall though, she gives great examples in class and if you study and do all your work, you'll get a good grade.

Made lectures fun and always had good examples to help remember what we learned. The exams were easy as long as you reviewed the notes. Used the textbook for her EC chances. The homework were not hard as long as you tried. Would take again.

Really enjoyed this class, took it to fulfill a gen ed requirement. She has a lot of energy and good personality. If you go to class, take notes, and be attentive you'll easily get at least a B. I sometimes went to her 8am and that says a lot lol.

I took this class a year ago and I still have memories of the funny stories. Dr. Newburg is also my advisor and can be very helpful when you go and speak with her. This class is not a fly by night you have to work for your grade, but she will explain it if you ask her to clarify. Go to class read the book do the mini homework and you will pass.

If you're a psych major, then you know/heard of Newberg. She is such a great professor. Just take notes on everything she says.. tests are based on her lecture. If you're having a bad day.. go to her class, she'll definitely cheer you up. Her class is so interesting, and her examples from her clients are funny! Overall, GREAT PROFESSOR!

I love Dr. Newburg. She is seriously one of the greatest professors I've had at LHU. I always looked forward to her class every morning because she makes it so you want to come to class. She is also very helpful, and she cares A LOT about her students. She also took time to talk to me outside of class about some personal issues I was having.
