DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS. i went to every class and handed everything in on time and still barely passed this class. Im a good student and i had such a hard time. She is so mean if you get on her bad side. Terrible teacher. Read the book and teach yourself. You definitely need the book. Good luck

She can't ease the taxation concepts, but most of the students understand what she says. She has the CPA, so she directs students and keeps them informed about how to be a CPA. She is overall a respectful person who loves to help out, but she wants students to learn on their own. This class is easier than 321 because it involves less details.

She uses taxation concepts while doing problems, so students should know these concepts well. She does not teach at all, but she appears very knowledgeable about taxes. She basically asks you to do homework, and you answer questions in class. Her exam has 2 portions: closed-book and open-book. Exams include multiple choice & short-answer questions.

Bad professor. you'll never ever understand accounting with her. she comes to class, ask questions, if no one talks, she'll pick on you. basically if you're planning to take a class with her. good luck learning accounting on your own.

Prof. Chisarick definitely knows how to practice accounting, but can't teach it. She is very unexcited about the material, her syllabus is useless, as is asking her questions. I didn't do well on 1 exam seemed like she was angry, and she seemed to be uninterested when I asked for help. Three ways to pass, study buddy, self study, or another prof.

Prof. Chisarick means well and I am sure that she is a good Accountant, but just because she can do the whole process doesn't mean that she could teach it. I swore that if she referred us to a pointless diagram one more time and tell us it was all we needed to know that I was going to throw my book out the window. Easy grader, not the best teacher
