Dr. LeGrow is great. He's very passionate about paranormal phenomena which makes the class entertaining. He spends most classes showing you one side of a paranormal investigation that'll make you believe and then he provides proof that debunks it. Also shares personal stories, pictures, etc. of his ghost adventures. Go to class and you'll be fine.

Extremely organized class. LeGrow teaches in one of the clearest and most effective ways with examples and context for everything. Grades class very fairly making this an excellent class to learn in.

Comment:

He understands that most people who take his class are not good at or are uncomfortable with math and he works with that. He makes sure everyone understands the material before continuing, and he works with you individually if you need help. He gives formula sheets for his tests and the homework is pretty easy. Definitely recommend.

He is a very good professor. I have learned a lot from him. If you miss class, you're going to miss a TON of info & you will get behind. He doesn't have an attendance policy but, DO NOT SKIP CLASS IF YOU CAN HELP IT. If you ever have any questions outside of class, he is very good about emailing you back.

By far the best professor I have ever had during college. He teaches in a way that everyone understands and makes stats seem simple. As long as you show up for class and take the notes then it should be an easy A. Highly recommend LeGrow!

Hes by far the best professor Ive had. Super nice guy, makes sure everyone understands the material before going on. Hardly ever homework. If you show up & pay attention, youre almost guaranteed an A. Exams are super easy as long as you pay attention, you wont need to study much.

Dr. Legrow is easily one of the best professors at Marshall University. He is such a nice person and is very concerned about helping his students any way he can. He makes sure that everyone understands a topic before moving on. He also makes his lectures fun and interesting. You get a formula sheet before all tests so you can write notes on them.

LeGrow is the man. I would take him for ever class if I could. As long as you take notes and go to class there is no way anyone can fail. Very helpful and his lectures are very interesting. Easy to learn from and he is a brilliant teacher. Tests are easy if you study some. Best professor I have ever had by far.

Dr. Legrow is a phenomenal teacher. Take notes and pay attention to his lectures and their is now way to receive less than an A. Tests are exactly like the lectures and he gives out an outline prior to the exam. Love his class and taking him for Stats!

I was terrified of both 223 and 323. I took Dr. LeGrow for both. He is a phenomenal professor. He is understanding, he takes the time each student needs and never made me feel dumb or "less than" for not getting something. I cannot say enough good about him.

Love him so much! I wish he would teach all of my classes. He is really great. I didn't use any of the texts for his class and was very lazy about it. I put this class on the backburner bc of my harder classes and I regret it because it was my favorite. Make sure you keep up with the assignments; they're small but mighty.

I've taken him for multiple classes. I recommend him to everyone coming into Marshall. Yes, I found his class easy, but it's not because it's brainless; he is just a really good teacher. He is funny and casual, but definitely gets the important information across.

Legrow is the best professor I've ever had! I took him for paranormal phenomena as a summer elective. One of the coolest courses I've taken at Marshall. Very interesting. I would recommend him to anyone.

He is amazing. Don't worry about not being a math person. He answers every question asked and people aren't intimidated to ask questions even in a class of 80. He simplifies things and will work really hard until you understand. Attendance is not a grade but you def need to go to understand what you're doing, a lot is covered each class.

I took him for PSY 223 (Statistics) and he was an awesome teacher. He is always happy and enthusiastic, and makes the class more enjoyable with comical examples. I wish Dr. LeGrow were teaching another class I need to graduate from Marshall, because he is an an awesome teacher and I learned a ton in his class. Don't skip class!!
