This course isn't easy for all students to understand due to foreign concepts & unless you have him or someone who knows the culture as a TA you may still be a bit lost. He is a fair grader but harder than the TA when I took the course. He is as helpful as you ask of him, slightly humorous & makes an attempt to relate material to student life.

After taking my first class with Raj i decided that i would take every other course he taught. He inspied me to dedicate my life to the study of philosophy, and opened my mind to the infinite possibilities created when we seek understanding within emptiness.

I'm shocked that people thought he was a good professor. He was distant, unencouraging, vague, unclear, and extremely boring. It was like I was slowly suffocating in a sea of convoluted concepts with daggers of boredom jabbed in my brain. I was very disappointed, to say the very least. Do NOT take his course.
