Love Prof. Mona!!! He's silly, super nice and a wonderful teacher. You can tell he's passionate about his work which is refreshing. He gives homework once a week, one vocab quiz, and a 25 drawing portfolio for the final. 10/10 would recommend!

prof Mona was a joy to have in drawing. he really explained techniques and showed you until you understood what he was asking you to do. he also let everyone develop their own style and didnt force everyone to be uniform.

Professor Mona was one of the most helpful and caring teachers I've ever had. He inspired me and other students to do are best, and always had positive feedback on everyone's work. He made the studio a comfortable environment and overall just a really enjoyable time, and at the end of each class you walk away learning something new.

I have had Mona for multiple classes. He is by far one of my favorite professors. He is an excellent teacher, very passionate about his work and keeps things interesting. He is very knowledgeable and will give you great, encouraging, helpful feedback. If you have the chance to take him, do it! You won't be disappointed!

I've taken a few drawing classes, even ones at AACC and had a pretty bad time. I felt like I didn't learn anything useful. Chris is the only drawing teacher I felt I learned anything from. He obviously loves this stuff and was very informative and helpful. If you wanna take drawing, take it with Chris.

Great class, teaches techniques that really help you learn how to draw, weekly homework but it doesnt take long, usually one quick drawing. one written paper at the end of the semester. no other tests, not even a final. just put together a portfolio. I'm taking him next semester for drawing 2

VERY helpful. I was NOT a drawer when I began the class and I hae come such a long way, just by his help I really feel good about my art and that I understand it much more. He is very passionate about his work and students, come to class and try you will be ok. He is a great teacher.
