He was a pretty chill teacher, I had him for FYS and expect to have to write a 1 to 2 page paper every week. You have to get a Tuesday NY Times paper every week and when there is so many people trying to do the same assignment, the free ones on campus go quick. His class does make you think a lot and engage in a lot of conversation. Easy to pass.

He is not a bad teacher but he teaches the course like its the only one you are taking that year. He offers help but only if you meet one on one for an extended period. He has multiple outburst during class and has been know to throw things at students. If your Pi Kap expect to pass otherwize GL.

This professor is the reason why I changed my major. If you take him, prepare to work hard; even if you work hard, prepare to do bad. While I found his lectures interesting, it also seemed like he was talking to us as if we'd already taken the class. He'll help if you go to his office hours but don't expect to come out understanding everything.

His teaching style is funny, he says he understands that his class is not the only class we are all taking yet he expects us to do so much. Never curves, even if everyone does badly. He taught right up to the last day and wanted to review 21 Chapters that day in 30 minutes.
