mr cox was an amazing professor. he was kind, genuine, and caring towards his students. he also has a nice sense of humor. he accommodates his office hours to meet student appointments. his class wasn't necessarily easy, but helped students t best understand the material. he was also, was nice to look at ;) (he is also a Christian)

Best math teacher ever & he's nice! Creates an atmosphere in which one can learn & succeed in! Offers students his time, even after hours, and gives lots of extra credit opportunities. He gives students every opportunity to succeed. He recognizes the diff between college and high school teaching, & thus he executes college teaching skillfully!!!

Although Mr. Cox kind of goes through the material really fast. He offers opportunities to boost your grade via extra credit exercises that if completed throughout the semester will equal 2 A's on exams.

Comment:

Cox is one of the best math teachers that I have had. His tests can be kind of tough, but he is more than willing to answer any questions you have. He gives you homework problems, but doesn't grade them. He will, however, go over them in class if you ask. I got a B in the class when I took about a page of notes for the whole semester.

Best math teacher at ICC. He is more than a fair teacher. Once you have had some of the other math teachers at ICC you appreciate him so much more. Take his math class if you can.

I hated this class. I have never done bad in a math class and I'm currently sitting at a high D or low C. Teacher does not give credit on tests for atleast attempting to do the problem, so therefore it is all right or all wrong. If you have the oppurtunity to get another teacher, then do it!

He is unsure of himself and often cant create a complete thought, but he knows the stuff and teaches it well. He is very fair, but the daily quizes are very annoying. He made rather difficult material pretty easy with his very generalized style
