Probably best class I ever took! The class was very manageable and the professor is extremely enthusiastic. Note: I personally would rate this class a 5 for easiness if you care about your grade, but I don't think there exists a 3-credit class at a flagship state university where you "show up and pass", or equivalently, 70+% is participation

His policies are unnecessary. He gives pop quizzes to force people to show up. He's very hard to understand when he lectures and his lecture slides are a total mess. They're no help at all. Fortunately all of his tests and quizzes are open book and open note. Would not take another class with this professor.

Very easy class to take. I learned alot from just reading the book and using the online program. Even though he is not the best teacher because you cannot understand most of what he says, he is a very nice guy and is very understanding.

so true abt selling text books in class...want a grade..buy his book from him...even if u hav one...he suxs big time...ask him something he doesn't know and snap comes the answer "its not in the syllabus"!
