Comment:

Ive had her for multiple classes. For Theories of Personality and Abnormal she gives online tests where she gives you the questions prior to the test so you can find the answers. She truly wants you to succeed and this way helps you learn the material. Her powerpoints are online, but she's an awesome teacher and totally not boring.

Comment:

She's truly an amazing human being and I've learned so much in this course. It was easy, but it made it so that I could absorb the information not just from lectures but through class conversations. It's a very conversational course and I think the biggest part of learning was through talking to each other about situations and our lives. CCB rocks!

I love this professor! If you have a chance to take a class with her, do it! Although her lectures can be heavy, they are so interesting. In this course we only had 3 case studies and 4 exams. All were on PLATO except for the first exam. She cares about her students success and is genuinely a great person. Don't pass up the chance to take her class

Comment:

Claudia is the sweetest professor in the psychology department. She takes the time to ask students how they are doing and takes class time to talk about whats going on. She makes exams and clinical cases easy to understand and complete. She grades promptly and its very easy to get an A if you do the reading and use her powerpoints.

She has a lot of experience in the field that she brings into her lectures which I thought was very interesting. I took Abnormal Psych with her and she made it easier than I thought it would be. She gives a study guide and helps you review before the test, and is always available to answer questions

She is open minded when it comes to learning and embracing different fields of psychology. She is very smart. The only problem is that she is disorganized, talks too much about irrelevant information, she is soft spoken so her rambling gets boring, and isn't clear with her expectations. Overall she is understanding and I learned a lot from her.

I had her for Theories of Personality and Psyc of the Family and i am taking her again for Abnormal and Theories of Counseling! She is great always willing to help. Her multiple choice test questions are usually definitions from the book and her essays are easy to get full credit on. An interesting class. You will learn a lot!

Had her for 2 classes Abnormal & Theories of Counseling so far and am reg for 3rd counseling Theory & Practice. One of the best professors at wsc by far. She is helpful and understanding. Keep up on the reading and you will do very well. I recommend taking her classes. You will learn so much I always looked forward to her class.

Abnormal, Theories of Pers, Disorder to Orient., Theories of couns. Her multiple choice ?s are impossible, but you can convince her double the essay portion most of the time. She wants everyone to do well so she will find a way for you to pass if you make the effort to talk to her. She is the BOMB! I took 4 classes with her, you figure it out!

She's very cool and down to earth. She gives off the feeling that she knows she's not perfect. I loved her class. I'd take her again in a heartbeat.
