Hesitated after 1st class because he seemed a bit slow (just recovered from a stroke) but so glad I stayed. He's up to speed and just an AMAZING prof and person-quick as a whip, expert in his field,really charming personality, truly interested in his students and has a great sense of humor. Fair marker. Best POLI class so far. Take b4 he retires

I really liked this prof. easygoing grading for a 400 level class, and loves to laugh so everyone in our seminar felt comfortable. has had a stroke that he had to recover from so is a bit slow, but it is admirable that he has been able to recover so well-- promotes respect.

he was ok. definatly a veteran in the poli sci world. knows his stuff pretty good. problem in this class was he wasn't used to lecturing in big classes, so sometimes it got bogged down and repetitive. not a hard marker at all.

Very interesting class, certainly knows his subject. Class discussions were often one-sided with him speaking so much that the majority of students didn't get to speak that much, but it was certainly an informative class.
