Took this class in the summer session during hs;prolly one of the easiest classes I've ever taken(after spanish 1 2 at high school) Just payed attention in class,quickly did hw and relaxed rest of the day. I finished an RPG & watched a whole TV series before the final and still ended up w/ a high A. and idk why theres a chili though.

Comment:

She's very nice as a person, but I would not take her class again because of how EXTREMELY disorganized and scatterbrained she is. I liked that she provided review sheets... but they were full of spelling errors and confusing due to the weird formatting. She's highly unreliable. You're basically on your own the whole time.

Very helpful and understanding! I attended every class, and participated in all the online activities. From no previous Spanish experience, this class was very smooth from start to finish. The pre-exam study material was a great benefit too! I took this class to meet GE requirements.

Took her last quarter, it was a good class. Homework isnt mandatory, but if you dont stay on top of it it will hurt you. She's very approachable, and will help you if youre willing to put in the effort. Older students are better off in her evening classes, more of a grownup vibe than her earlier class. Definitely recommend her.

Ms. Moreno was a nice lady, but honestly she sucks! as an instructor. I came out of that class not knowing anything. I passed with a B- and honestly I think its a joke that my grade was that "high" because I don't remember a thing from her class. She maybe nice, but that doesn't make up for her terrible teaching skills.

If you want to learn Spanish, take this class. It`s easy and very detailed. She asked every one 2 set up an account online for extra exercises which was vey helpful and a good practice. At times she tends to be scattered and forgets the homework in her office but that did not bother any one. Her class was THE ONE class I always felt happy to go at.

CLASS WAS NOT AT ALL EASY AT FIRST. IF YOU REALLY WANT AN A, YOU REALLY HAVE TO WORK FOR IT. RARELY EVER GIVES OUT EXTRA CREDIT. I SPEAK A LOT OF SPANISH AND EVEN THIS CLASS WAS HARD. JUST REMEMBER TO MEMORIZE THE VERBS AND HOW TO SPELL THEM AND YOU'LL PAST WITH A GOOD GRADE, AND THAT'S NOT EASY.

A shoe in for an A. She knows the textbook so well she rarely prepared for class. Every day you will come to class, review the homework, and do something from the next lesson. She had a lesson plan once. If you keep up on the homework, the tests will be easy, although the whole textbook packet is overkill. I never used the lab manual or the CD's.

She is a great teacher. The way she uses English to explain Spanish is wonderful. Tests are clear no tricks, she gives practice tests right before exams. Go to class everyday and do the at home work. Gives 5 exams easy to follow your grade. I would take Cristina again. Not an easy A, but possible if you work for it. I barely got an A.

She's fun and energetic. Provides a lot of interactive activities for learning. She tries to get to know all her students and help you learn. But she can be forgetful and disorganized at times....even forgetting about scheduled quizes and tests. She has a great website where you can obtain all class materials. I learned a lot in this class.

Nice teacher, relatively easy grader, can be very helpful, bring a pillow. Not good with time management; She spent over 3 weeks on the first chapter and two days on the last. Her teaching method doesn't get the student involved with the language.
