Test are easy but you never know what its going to be on, even though she gives you the study guide its not really the same, you do more work than needed. She reduces 50 points for anything and she is super picky with emails. I would not recommend her.

This teacher was useless. Her test questions are easy but some questions have dumb questions. They are timed questions which gives you pressure to take it fast otherwise you automatic fail. Her syllabus says if you do anything other than just take the test you get 50 points deduction at the smallest things. Didn't do extra credit that she promised.

Dr. Turner is a character she makes class funn, and she is very sassy. she hates when people are late to her class, but she is verry fun, and it is easy to pass her class because you dont have to be good at art aslong as it looks like you tryed hard.

Love her! She's very entertaining and makes class fly by. The first 3 weeks are pretty busy, but after that it gets easy. Fun and creative art projects that you do yourself then you teach to an elementary classroom. We had to do some silly stuff (dress up for an 80's party & do a dance),but it was a lot of fun! Evry Qtr is diff though, so have fun!

Great class. Be prepared for a lot of busy work!! She's very particular about formatting of notebook and paper. This class involves working with students in a elementary school and teaching a lesson, and an end of the quarter art exhibition for the parents. A lot of time dedicated to this class, but it was fun. BE ON TIME OR YOU WILL GET IT!

An extension to below...take her class SPRING QUARTER so you will be able to do Art Day for Children. Makes the class worthwhile when you actually get to teach what you have learned.
