Dr. Hipp is a really cool guy, he's pretty funny too. He's fair in his grading system and he tells you exactly what he expects of you on your papers. He also allows you to revise your papers for higher grades.

Comment:

Hipp is such a good teacher she made me dislike all other English teachers I've had since. She would put so much time of her own aside to make your papers the best they could be. The feedback she would give was extremely helpful and in her class everyone WANTED to be involved in class discussion. I HIGHLY recommend you take her class!!

Dr. Hipp has been one of the best teachers I've had. He gives clear feedback so you know what he expects, can change it to get a good grade and really benefit yourself in the future. There are a few papers, but if help is needed at any point, he is flexible with his schedule to help. Great teacher!

Overall, Pressor Hipp is a great professor. He is available to students and gives time to complete writing assignments. Throughout the semester Professor Hipp set up individual meetings to discuss and provide feedback on rough drafts of big papers. He is also understanding towards students and life related events (like work).

One of the only classes here at AU i have really been engaged in and interested in. Although the stories we read I didn't always care for, it was an awesome class and he had a great command for the subject matter. He made really boring stories interesting and engaging. I wish I had more of his class
