I have to agree with everyone else, he is a nice man. I find that I have to re-teach myself on a lot of things. I feel as if he doesn't help as much as he could. He tries too hard to be funny, but at times he is.

It's crazy how one teacher can completely ruin your gpa! I've done everything possible to get a fair grade in his class. Getting hours of extra help each week doesn't even help with his classes.

I agree he is a nice man, but in no way should he be teaching at all! He never explains things and even when we do ask him questions he doesn't answer them. He rambles on and on in class about nothing to do with math! I have to go to class but then I have to go to the learning center to get additional help when I am paying him to teach me!!

ROY SEEMS TO BE A NICE MAN, BUT HE REALLY SHOULD NOT BE TEACHING! I AM A SEMESTER BEHIND BECAUSE I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING HE WAS TEACHING. ONLY TAKE HIS CLASS IF YOU ARE VERY PROFICIENT IN MATH AND CAN TEACH YOURSELF!!!

I really enjoyed this class. Roy is a funny guy and he was always willing to help outside of class when needed. Very understanding of students' needs and willing to extend due dates. Recommendation to future students: ASK IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND or risk falling behind.

I dropped Roy after the first day of class when he walked in and didnt have a syllabus and acted like he didnt want to be teaching. He doesnt speak clearly, and the times he does, he is either talking to the floor or people that arent there.
