I took Recording 1 thru 3 with Dan, and as they say: Dan is the man! So many great stories, he cares about your learning but also expects you to put in the necessary time and effort for the class. Hes tough in you for showing up on time and being respectful, but hes just trying to prepare you for the real world. Awesome teacher, totally recommend

I'll be honest. Dan's not a bad guy at all. He's helpful and you can tell he knows and loves what he's talking about. However, he does have his moments where he comes off a little immature, usually when someone isn't paying attention. That kinda knocked it down for me a bit. But he's good at what he does. Take this class with him and GO TO IT.

i have worked with damn in the studio for years. He is a good man, a good professor and a good friend. Get to know him, you will be surpirsed with what you find. he really is the "Diamond in the rough" of the music dept.

Very nice guy, caring, considerate, will help you out anytime, cares about his students, tries to get to know them, always made me laugh. It was a small class and allowed for him to get to know people more easily. He loved picking on me, great guy.
