Associate Professor could really be helped by learning to give effective presentations - it would be better for him and the class. Pm the fly teaching ability really needs work. He is a fair grader, but does not set a pace to cover the material. He may be an excellent researcher, and a but needs to learn how to teach.

Let me start by saying I like Dr. Dooly. He's VERY intelligent and easy to get along with. The problem is that it's easy to get him off-topic during class. Most (if not all) classes end up falling short of what he intended to cover because of it. If he would stay on topic he would be ranked much better by everyone.

Dr. Dooly is an exceptionally knowledgeable and intelligent person; he is passionate about his work; and he cares about his students. I recommend him to all of the students who love science and looking for more inspiration from their teachers.
