Professor Itzkovitz is a very intelligent professor and does a great job explaining the subject material for his classes. The work is not overpowering and you learn a whole lot. His writing about film class is a lot of fun and I recommend it to anyone who is interested in cinema studies.

Itzkovitz is easily my favorite professor. He cares so much about his students and is willing to help you in any way he can. Busy guy, but he still makes time if you need help or even just want to talk. Class is discussion based. Be prepared to participate. Sometimes short notice on assignments, but they aren't difficult.

Professor Itzkovitz has shaped my Stonehill experience. I've had him for a few classes, and it's so evident how deeply he cares for his students. Attendance is mandatory, but I never wanted to skip anyway. He encourages, not only discussion, but independent thought. One of my favorite teachers of all time. Love him.

He cannot teach! All he does is spend whole classes talkin' about how much he looooooooooooooooves this book or this movie! His 20th Century American Novel class isn't a class, it's a damn book club. Same for his Hitchcock class although that's more like a film club. AND he was late for our Hitchcock final. HE was late!

Itzky is the man. He's hot, he has an amzing voice, and his class was always interesting. He's a blast outside the classroom, too. I wish I had taken him sooner. Just don't miss a day when you're supposed to present and have no excuse.. His dissappointment made me feel worse than my parents, haha.

Itzkovitz is a great guy and professor! One of my two favorites at stonehill. Took 2 classes with him, didn't like the subject matter of the first one but he made it fun, and loved the second. Class discussions are fun, he's thoughtful and engaging, really cares about students & what you have to say. Always willing to help. All around great guy!

awful class. the amount of reading was absurd, and his discussions were terrible. no one in the class understands the books, and he gives ridiculous group projects. avoid this class if possible!!! too bad because he's a nice guy.

Good Prof. Itzy is funny and passionate. Class is open discussion, sit in circle. Could be hard if your shy. Long books but amazng. If you show up, do the reading and work on papers you can get a decent grade (B+). Typed long responses on papers. He also met with me 3 times during finals-I was worried abt my paper-which i have never had a prof do.

Extremely hotttt! : ) Wicked helpful. Learned a lot from his winter class. Intresting material kept me motivated & doing the work. Fair grader. You get to watch a lot of movies (always a plus!) Pushes class discussion, but keeps it going if students are unmotivated.

Itzy is one of the kindest teachers I have had at Stonehill. In the department he might be the most acessable and most willing to help you out in a crisis. He is also one of the best looking teachers and has a great voice!
