Very difficult to speak to and seek for guidance. This is not an advanced course, and she grades her students as if they were pro health educated and expected to know everything. Her assignments are strictly graded, where she finds a way of finding an error in something and deducting 10 points right away. Do NOT take her if you are taking 4+classes

To be honest, the course just started and I'm already regretting taking this online course with her. She makes this online course more difficult than it has to be. 2-3 assignments a week! Beware

Health care in US... At times it was a very interesting course.. at other times it was really boring. You're allowed one absence. She is an easy grader if you can decipher her directions. I wouldn't recommend taking the hybrid version of the course. Take it all online or all in-person. There are a great deal of assignments.

Dr. Joslin was one of the most amazing professors I ever had! She did group activities in the class and encouraged socialization with strangers, a three day food diary, a behavior change project, and family health history project. While I am a terrible test-taker, exams were easy for me, I received a B in this class. I highly recommend her!

this was a very easy class. easy writing assignments, didn't need to use textbook. to me i think this class should be taught in high school. a lot of the time i felt it was pointless to go because most of the info was stuff everyone already knows. overall prof was nice and had a sense of humor, but hard to reach outside of class.

This class is easy but you have to go to class i guess you can miss class once. You have to write several papers but their really easy and her exams are easy i never studied and did well on everything. So take her class if you want a good grade but class is boring but she shows several films so it's not that bad.

She is a very organized teacher, however she takes the class way to seriously. She has to understand the people aren't always taking the class because they want to, sometimes its because they have to. Test are okay if you study, assignments are fair, She takes attendence every time so go to class !

Her current health issues course is great! Class is always interesting and fun. Easy papers and the tests come straight from the book. Just go exactly by her review sheets and read and you'll do great! Def recommend her.

Very very nice professor. She is very understanding that students have a life outside of school and unexpected things happen. She has you fill out a card the first day of class on which you can indicate if there is anything going on in your life that may cause you to be absent. Great class too, very interesting.

She was very nice and the class was very easy. I didn't even buy the textbook you are supposed to study from and I got an A-. The only thing that sucks is she takes attendance and takes points off if you miss more then one or two times. Tests are pretty easy and the writing assignments are cake.

I didn't know Sharon Stone taught at William Paterson. :-P She's a great, lively professor. You go on field trips, and she's quite cool.

She teaches decently, no doubt, but there are negatives: she's a tough grader, cares about her own fashion and aging well over anyone else's problems, is self-righteous, a bit snotty, opinionated, and she really doesn't give breaks. You get what you get, sometimes a bit worse. Takes the class way too seriously. Help means short chit chat.

Got A's and B's on the assignments/exams, and got a B at the end. :-/ Not a bad class, but a tad bit rough on the grading. She's sophisticated, pretty, & motivated. It's the rest of the students that make it blah. I mean who wants to spend two hours a week with a buncha burnout people who cast shade? : - O

she has a lot of writing - weekly notecards, but there is no final which is awesome. She has a few off campus fieldtrips, which are annoying if you take her class around other classes.

She really did not care much for most of the people in my class. If you had her for aging then she would favor you, if you didn't then it was hard pulling an A in the class. Did not care much for her.
