Dave is a wicked teacher and a really good guy. he knows his stuff and will treat you as well as anyone else aslong as you treat him with respect. i didn't like him at first but you just have to understand that he'll yell if your not giving him respect but even right after he's done yelling he'll go right back to being your friend.

OK, Judging from the previous comments Dave's not very popular among the students, and I agree. I'm going to play devil's advocate and come to Dave's defence. He's had an amazing career in the past and his arrangements are top knotch. Dave tells it like it is and some people don't like that, but the music business isn't preety. Darn word limit.
