I took this class mainly to learn how to build a database at work. I learned so much ,,, I really can't express how much you will learn but it will definitely be through discovery. There was not a lot of instruction in class -- just enough to give you the basics. But the assignments taught you so much with a lot of real world experience.

This class was super easy for me, my only complaint is that I asked if I could work ahead, just so I didn't have to worry about doing this with all my other classes during finals week and he said no. ;-)

The material is difficult to understand if you have no experience in Access. He explains the material on YouTube and explains how to do certain things on Moodle. Make sure to do work each week and you will be fine.

Maybe he is good as a person, but as a teacher is not helpful. Do not take this class if you do not have knowledge in Access. His instructions for people who has experience with it. For additional info he gives link to YouTube. He is a poor grader. Better to take in class with different professor.

This is a very intelligent professor, and he can be quite hilarious at times, but I just don't learn anything with him. He spends hours just BS'ing and showing us stuff online instead of teaching. I'd rather be doing something else with my evenings than waste time in a class not learning anything.

This instructor, while nice, does not really seem consistent. This is my first rating and while I did learn in his class, I did work that wasn't graded and didn't know until it was too late. I strongly feel that even though a textbook would be an extra cost that there does need to be a reference besides www.gcflearnfree.org. Not helpful.

Mr. Larabee is an amazing teacher. He will answer any question you have.He is very helpful and a great teacher. I learned a lot from the Acces class and now I can managed to do everything on my own.I will recommend anyone to take him.

Great professor!!! Took his online CISA 320, while it was not an easy class (for me), teacher was very helpful. Does not have a textbook, only an access code from Sim-net. I really enjoyed this class and learned a lot. Got an A+, but you do have to work for it and if you don't understand something ask him, he is very helpful.
