This class is so well organized! I really enjoyed how the material was laid out... since it is online you can complete everything on your own time (as long as you get it done before the due date). There are two short papers on articles, but otherwise, everything else is an easy A.

I loved how organized this class was! I have taken online classes in the past that were such a mess, but Dr. McBride had this one organized so well. It was great. She has powerpoints for each unit and some homework assignments that aren't hard, but they make you think. Overall, I enjoyed this class and would take another class with her!

Only met in class 6-7 times. You must be very organized to take this class since there were a lot of lectures, assignments, and quizzes that had to be completed online by certain days. Offers a lot of extra credit opportunities. Class has 1000 points in total w/ 2 papers, 3 tests, lab points, online assignments, research participation, & quizzes.

Barely used the textbook and the online assignments are a bit much. When I needed help, she emailed right back. Lots of EC. Tests are open note and book so they're not that hard. Large work load, but most of it isn't worth a lot of points and sometimes it's for completion Easy class if you stay organized and up to date on when everything is due.

Sometimes students don't show her great respect, and sometimes it feels like she doesn't want to be there, however she is a good professor. If you need help, you will need to ask for it, she is really nice and will help you. She is very clear and concise with what she expects, and will give you plenty of time to work on projects.

McBride honestly doesn't care whether her students pass or not. All the assignments are pretty easy. It's just the tests.. She expects you to study off of your own notes and gives no study guides or provides any further help. 4 tests and 1 long paper. Not too bad but I definitely would've gotten a higher grade if I would've had another teacher..

Test are pretty tough because they are applied. Study for the Memory. Online wasn't that bad... just remember to do the assignments. Had to do 4 online articles which were boring and the questions for the assignment are difficult to answer. You will be able to get a good B

There is so much work that goes into this class, but she WILL prepare you for future classes and psychology career. Class is mandatory; no lectures are posted online. Better like group projects because you will be assigned with one for various projects throughout the entire semester, including a final experiment and presentation!

There's a lot of writing in her class so prepare yourself to do research. Her final is not cumulative but her tests are a mixture of everything (multiple choice, matching, short answer). She definitely knows her stuff but won't bump your grade if you're close. I had an 89.89 and she wouldn't help

The online version of this course is terrible. Slide shows are uninteresting and done on word instead of powerpoint. The tests cover the most specific things you could think of and trying to decide what to study for is ridiculously difficult. Read four chapters and a long article, her lecture slides, and took a 25 question test. It's ridiculous.

It was the online class so it is hard to rate her exactly but the class itself was cut out for you on reggienet. I had reggienet issues & it was difficult to get them all sorted out & make sure my grading was right. Assignments are worth 2-3 points but its usually you did it and get points not what was correct. The tests are also online & are ok

She's really nice and extremely helpful if you go see her during office hours. You have to go to class because she doesn't put the slides up. It's a heavy course load, there are 3 exams, required research participation, 2 papers, and lab assignments. You have to work for your grade, but if your a psych major I recommend her.

She is alright. However, if you can avoid her and her husband (Dr. Wagman) do so. Her final sucks because its cumulative, and you must study 100 of pages of notes just for 30+ questions.

Must show up to class for this one. She doesn't post notes online and she doesn't give study guides. The final wasn't too bad, but it's comprehensive. Class is super boring and Prof McBride is defintely not the friendliest woman.

Dr. McBride is a fantastic professor. There are a lot of notes and showing up to class is mandatory. If you do the homework, take notes, and attend class there is no reason why you should get less than a B in the class. She is always answering questions that her students have and is overall a great professor.

Her class is not very hard if you buy the PIP packet. She gives out only 4 test with 4 paper you answer questions from and article..EASY!She explains things very well with good examples. Uses blue cards for extra credit with a one page summary of the experiment (stupid).Test 3 is HARd, the harderst study well for it.

She talks reallyyyy fast so buy the powerpoint PIP packet! The powerpoint makes the material seem easy but the exams are hard. Attendance isn't mandatory, and since you have the exact notes in the PIP packet...it's ok if you don't go. She gives practice quizzes in class (for no points) that are extremely helpful. Very willing to answer questions.

This class is not hard, it's just a matter of doing the work. The lectures are extremely boring & the material is pretty easy, but dont blow off studying bc the tests are actually harder than you think they will be considering the lectures. The APA paper is annoying, but not hard, it just depends how harshly the GA grades it. Overall easy but boring
