I absolutely love classes with Dr. Farmer! He makes you work hard for the grade but is always willing to help when you have questions. If you go to the class and participate in his classes you should have no troubles making an A.

If you have ever wanted to get an easy A..... you've got the wrong professor. He makes you work hard for your grade, think twice before contributing to the lectures, and puts you in the most god-awful groups for the group paper; BUT he helps you through it, gives great advice, and teaches you a lesson you won't get anywhere else!

It is extremely hard to get an A in this class. He is a good teacher and keeps notes interesting, but his exams are ridiculous difficult. You can study the study guide for days and still be grateful to make a C on his exams.

Farmer is a wonderful person. He tries to understand what you want out of CU and work with you, but also guide you in the right direction. He helps you as much as you come to him for help. He was teary eyed when I switched my major to comm... what professor does that? Hardly any because he cares so much. VERY HARD, but worth the all nighters.

Doc Farmer teaches applicable knowledge, but you have to be attententive. Test are challenging, however, high marks are not difficult with some studying and good notes from lectures. Very approachable professor.

Farmer is a wonderful teacher who truly cares about his students. If you study a few hours for the test, you should be fine. Study guides are an accurate example of the tests which is multiple choice plus one essay. Simple!

Farmer is not an easy professor, but if you work hard you'll make a good grade. He gets off track in class a lot and his powerpoints aren't that clear, so its important to do the reading. He can be really funny as well.

This professor is the WORST professor that I have had yet! He is a good advisor but cannot teach to save his life. This is my third class with him and I have yet to learn a single thing. You can stay up all night and study his study guide and still fail the test. WORST CLASS EVER!

Dr Farmer is a great adviser! Hes a hard teacher! He cares about his students but his test are really hard and involve all-nighters. Good class but like I said his tests are VERY VERY HARD!

This Professor is a good adviser but AWFUL TEACHER. You could stay up all night studying and maybe pull a D on his tests. Don't even think about extra credit. He plays favorites and can be very cocky. DO NOT like him at all.

He's my adviser and teaches my Org Comm class. Dr. Farmer's pretty awesome, and his class is probably my favorite this semester. If someone can make something like organizational communication entertaining and informative, that's a mark of a good teacher.

Dr. Farmer is extremely helpful and an awesome professor. He keeps class upbeat but informative. Keeps the seriousness but holds a laidback atmosphere. I?ve had him for T.V. and Organizational Comm. Test are difficult and involve all nighters. Papers aren?t so easy but interesting. He?s worth taking and will not only be a teacher but a friend.

WE LOVE FARMER! He is the best teacher at Campbell. He likes to talk to you on a personal level, NOT IN A WEIRD WAY. He likes to make hard tests, but gives a study guide with EVERYTHING that will be on it. So if you work hard on the test you can make an A, and its alot of fun. He likes Polo and has been dressing better since getting married! haha

Very knowledgable in several aspects of Communication. Willing to help students, and he will go out of his way for them. May come off to touch or close to some students, but I think he has a genuine sincerity for all students. Gives KILLER tests!
