I asked her ONE question via email and NEVER got a response back. She does check up on the whole class once in a while. The software her class uses is confusing. I did not like the fact she could not answer my only question. The class in general was alright.

Denise Ross is the BEST online professor on the planet. Her class wasn't cake by any means, but she lets you redo assignments for a better grade multiple times! She's always checking in making sure everyone's doing ok. If you miss something just talk to her. Online classes are tough, but here I couldn't have asked for a better professor.

She will do anything to help you. I was failing her class and not showing up and she had me do all of the assignments and turn them in for a passing grade. She is there for her students and doesn't care about attendance. It's a lot of tedious work, that seems useless. But it'll hopefully come in handy sometime soon ha.

I love Ms. Ross!! She has a fantastic course layout! I love the way she includes weekly discussions, so we all get to communicate together as a class. Plus, she responds very quickly and thoroughly to any questions. She even chats with students who need immediate help!

Awesome teacher! I got a perfect score of 100 in her 6 week summer class. The work may seem like a lot, but it's so basic and easy that you just breeze through it. She friendly and helpful, but very busy so does take some time before replying.

I have to say I really hated her online class. It was tedious and she gives so much time consuming busy work for such a simple class. If you don't have the time to go through boring tutorials and more than do not take her. It's the only way you will gain points in her class!

I am taking her for the 6 wk course. She gives a lot of busy work but it is doable. Nothing is overly difficult except for some of her labs; she is pretty picky with what she wants. She is lousy when it comes to answering e-mails.. which is not good for an online professor.

I took her class online. I hated it. You have to do 4-5 assignments a week and they're long. It takes FOREVER for her respond to you.Like we have this ACCESS assignemnt, but there was file for useto do the assignment. I ended having to go to the Valencia Library and retrieving the files. She's nice, but don't take this class online.

Took the online Term B course, so everything was a bit abrupt. Covered all of Office, which is expected. The quizzes were word for word from the book. None of it was hard if you just followed the directions, but that made it feel very redundant. Final project made us use many features not covered in class, but was otherwise to easy.

Took the class online. It wasn't bad nor hard but she does not respond to your emails and gives a bit too much homework. Hard to get of hold of her if you have any questions. Overall, I did my work, studied and got an A. But I would not take her again.

Ms. Ross is the best!!!! Her class is very clear and if you don't get it she makes sure you do. She is an excellent instructor and if your computer skills are marginal or weak before this class, they won't be after. Highly recommended course and instructor.

Her on-line course was very easy. Her test are a little hard, you have to read the book to pass them. Very nice professor, will do anything to help you. I had no problem contacting her when I needed to. I got an A in her class.

She is a nice and helpful professor, she also very lenient when it comes to tardiest and absents. In all, she knows what to teach her students to prepare them for their certifications. Very good sense of humor as well, she does a good imitation of Caribbean ascents. (lol) Highly recommended!
