Mrs. Southard is absolutely phenomenal. I graduated high school back in 2013 and haven't been in a math class since. She is extremely easy to follow and I honestly have never met a sweeter woman. She truly cares about her students and personally invests in making sure they pass. She deserves the Instructor of the Year award. Best I've ever had!

She gives clear examples and helps both in and out of class. Allows re-tests to help bring grades up. Provides study guides before each exam. TI94 calculator is required and used greatly. Provides feedback on grades and overall standings. Assignments are clear and she provides adequate time to complete. Overall great instructor!

Mrs. Southard is absolutly the best math teather I have ever had. I have always had a hard time in math, waiting 12yrs before coming back to school didn't help any, but she makes it very understandable and easy. I would recommend her to everyone.

She is the greatest teacher,I have never had any interest in math at all until I had her for a teaher. She will always go out of her way to help you and is very clear in her teaching. She really makes learning math easy and fun!
