Chef Konarski studied cooking all over the world, even Italy! He comes from a family of grocers. The man truly is very inteliignet and passionate aobut his craft. He is very knowledgable. He can be funny! At first, he seems very serious AND IS, Just remember though, he's here to teach u, not be your friend. So, don't take it personally & LEARN!

Chef Konarski deserves the UT-MOST respect!!! He is a very smart man! He does not like cell phones going off interrupting his, some of us pay for a class, not to hear cell phones. Be respectful at all times and learn what you can. I am grateful for the chance to learn from him!

This was the MOST fun class I have ever had!!! He is SO enthusiastic and great to learn from! I LOVED the class! He is a real asset to Henry Ford! I learned SO much, and was inspired to keep learning even after the class! HIGHLY recommend him!!! A lot of independence or help depending on your need.

Chef Konarski is a man that deserves the ut-most respect! He is a VERY kind man/professor. Yes, understandably does not like cell phones and things interrupting class! There are people who pay for this class, not to hear cell phones. He is the best teacher there, so informative! Kudos to him, he started the entire Culinary Dept. at Henry Ford!

The class is not interesting at all. Let's face it, it's Konarski, he's boring. Do a great job on each case study & pay attention when he's reviewing for the test. Study for the state test or you won't pass. He tells some funny stories, they're kind of ridiculous but amusing. Turn your work in on time, go slow & be precise with virtual hotel.

Hes pretty good as a teacher, handles he class well and funny with his cheesy jokes. However he not always clear on assingments and his crazy assistant Frank.....Yea watch out ladies ster clear of him, you dont want to get tangled up with him at all!

all around nice, simple guy in the classroom. cheesy jokes, etc. however!!, once you get in the kitchen he gets mad over little things and doesn't understand that you're merely a student and don't know what you're doing. he gets frustrated with people easily.
