Comment:
Good professor overall for sure, but goddamnit I'm in her class right now and she has been telling a personal story for 35 minutes straight. I wish this was not pretty standard procedure for this class, but it is. Solid class to take to get an A and decently interesting.

Study the power points before each of the 3 exams and you will walk out with an easy A. Went to 5 classes all semester and never received anything bellow a 95.

She is a very kind person, but she spends 75% of the time talking about irrelevant topics. 3 exams and an optional final. All are 50 MC questions. No work at all aside from studying for tests. Should be 1 or 2 credits but instead it is 4.

This class is not an easy A. Some of the questions on the exam are actually very difficult and require long hours of studying in order to remember the 300 things you've learned. Also gets very off topic. That being said she's a nice, perky lady who wants you to pass

She gets very off topic. Talking about her freshman roommate in college for 20 minutes or how her neighbors don't take care of their kids right.

I took intro psych in HS so that helped a little. She explains everything well, but before the exams, she tends to rush through lectures bc she falls behind due to all of her stories/examples. Do the study guides before the exams and you'll get a relatively easy A. Overall, a very enjoyable class.

Sweetest woman ever, and the class is extremely easy. She tells you exactly what will be on the test and if you study you will do very well. Her lectures are interesting because she has a lot of experience in the field and she truly is a caring person who wants you to do well. Her class is easier and more reasonable than psyc 1 with other profs

Very nice professor. Talks a lot and tells a lot of stories. Textbook is unnecessary. I studied using the study guides and powerpoint notes she posted on BB and never read the book once and got an A. Allowed to miss 6 days of classes w/o losing participant points. Easy class.

She's crystal clear about everything she says and gives good study guides before tests. Plus, optional final that'll boost your grade if you mess up on one of the tests...

great professor with interesting stories; tests are 50 multiple choice which are very fair and mostly from the notes...lectures are a must and are pretty interesting, plus you can get attendance points..drops the lowest test score (aka final is optional)
