This guy is a horrible teacher DO NOT TAKE he does not answer your questions instead he makes you feel dumb in front of entire class and he goes off on rants that have nothing to do with clas there is a huge quiz or test each friday and when i say huge i mean like 10 pages and it all problems that a multi step it immpossible to get done in 50 min

Campbell is the worst stats teacher ever. He is not helpful and when he teaches he just flies through all the material. We have very long quizzes and exams EVERY SINGLE FRIDAY and you cannot reschedule any of them! Overall, do not take him!

From 2003 till now, the ratings on this guy have all been the same. Everything everyone has said so far is correct. He doesn't teach, he talks to himself. His tests are impossible and super long, and he gives no homework or anything as a buffer. If you can't get another professor, hold off on taking Stats for another semester, or you'll regret it.

Math has always come natural to me. I aced calculus but i really struggled in this class. He makes analogies that are very non relevant to math and he is just impossible to understand in general. quizzes every friday and they are very hard to understand. he words the questions so he can understand but leaves the students clueless. AVOID AT ALL COST

I love math. Math just came natural to me. I think well i will stay sharp in math and take stat 171. This is the very first class i can't understand. Also when someone asks for help he is a straight up ass to them. He is here it help us learn not help us fail.

I've never had a really bad professor at WIU. Until I took Campbell's class. This dude gives quizes every week that are impossible to finish in time. The questions themselves would be a challenge for a stats major (which I'm not) and this is an intro stats class. Worst teacher I've ever had in my life.

If you want to get an A or a B or a C in Stats171, DO NOT TAKE THIS GUY! HE IS RIDICULOUS! You have to kiss his behind, and when you ask questions he snaps on you! Tests, and Quizzes are horrible! The final was comrehensive, over 60 questions, and full calculations! Don't plan on getting out of class on time, you always go over. HE NEEDS TO RETIRE!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! Words do not describe this man. I was a freshman and thought id take it and get ahead in my major and then to get stuck with this guy! I had contacts with someone who could print the roster off and out of the 20 some people there, all had withdrawn but 10 and only 3 had D's. The rest were failing!

he is by far the worst teacher i have ever had. not just in college...but ever! in highschool i had over 100% in all my math classes and was in all honors. i am now failing math for the first time in my life. i even have a tutor who is a grad student and didnt learn some of the stuff were doing..
