Just becareful not to get too cocky with this class. It's totally possible to to get 100% leading up to the final exam however due to the nature of downward scaling and the easiness of the class, you'll probably end up with a C to a B if you walked in with a perfect mark. I personally didn't enjoy myself too much here.

Nice prof. He likes to ask students to sit right in front him especially when they come in late. Easy to get high grade.

Ask him about cows and the Swiss and you get a good laugh. Great prof, the material is covered in lectures and he uses the text sparingly. Would highly recommend attending each lecture, though he does record them and have slides available. He gets students involved and interested, a great sign for any Prof.

He is a really good teacher. His teaching style is more holistic than most SFU course. You learn a great deal that is directly applicable to the real world economy. Lectures were always interesting, we even have class debates. Final was long and you can't memorize for the final, you got to understand the economy condition (past/current).

His lectures are pretty interesting because he uses a lot of examples. However..he tends to go off topic. But overall, his exams are pretty easy...just as long as you follow the hints that he gives out during lectures.

to be fair, his exam is not that hard, but i have to say that the multiple chioce part is tooooo tricky, and the time for exam is not enough. though the class is fun, however, not very useful.
