Although I had him online, you could tell from his tone in his messages that he was a nice guy. His discussion boards are easy As and the tests have a short essay and 50 multiple choice questions that youll know the majority of if you go over the study guides and PowerPoints. He doesnt take points off for lateness, but dont procrastinate.

I just finished taking his ENC1102 course, seriously one of the best professors I've taken! We only had about 3 essays. If you turn in your paper early, he gives you great feedback and he doesn't just tell you what's wrong, he also tells you how to fix it. Kept us in class most of the time but still very caring and a great professor!

Best English professor. Easy test, not a super harsh essay grader and you will learn a lot about how to properly format papers & cite sources and a lot of different poetry and literature works. He is very understanding and kind.

Very nice man and good English professor. You can tell that he really cares about his students. Theres a couple of essays to write which is to be expected in an English class but nothing too crazy and the last one is expanded. Two test which arent too bad if you really study and dont just brush it off. Overall good experience. Take him!!

Great professor! Gives constructive feedback on papers. Daily assignments are graded 100% if you put in effort. A majority of test questions come from lectures and online notes. Overall, he is a professor that cares about how his students do. He will help you succeed in his class. I definitely recommend taking any of Professor Skinner's classes.

Professor Skinner is an amazing teacher. He is very nice and teaches very well. The class was easy. There was barely any homework, you had to write 4 essays but if a person did not do well then he would let you resubmit it to receive a higher grade. He really cares about his student and his job. I recommend taking Professor Skinner.

This man is probably the best English teacher on the planet. He is really relaxed, funny, and understanding. I went out of my way just to take him again next semester. You have a few papers to type, and you usually have a reading assignment. They are always small passages. He is a great man. I'd recommend him to everyone.

Professor Skinner really is a nice man that is compassionate about his job; but his class is very boring. It is difficult not to doze off. Attendance is not completely required. You get a 70 for the day if you dont show. 100 if you do. I recommend him; but wouldnt take him myself.

I have had this professor for three semester and I can't get enough! He knows his stuff. Lectures are very interesting and he does express hes points. Always has a lending hand and is ready to help anyone in need. Two test, two essay and online class had a discussion board every week expect for test week. I enjoy hes class not a boring one at all!

Mr. Skinner is a very good professor!!!! His lectures are boring but he's very funny and makes the class laugh a lot. I recommend to go to every class because he gives you a grade for just showing up! He only gave two homework assignments on blackboard. He was an easy essay grader and very understandable. I would take him again hands down!!

Mr. Skinner is the best! He loves to go on little rants about whatever he wants and his stories are really interesting. Just 2 exams and 2 essays (that you expand for a total of 4 essays). Easy grader, helps you with MLA format if you need it. Super helpful if you cannot make a class. Easy tests, fun essays. Easy A!!
