Comment:

Explained every subject thoroughly. Made sure everyone was on the same level. Very fair at grading. Gave everyone a fair opportunity at passing her class. Gives extra credits to improve grade. I hate math, but really enjoyed my time in her class. I didn't do great, but did a lot better than I anticipated. I give her teaching an A++.

She judged me on the sit i was sitting on. She assumed i was going to fail for no reason. I went in there knowing a lot about math and as the semester went on I started to notice that she doesn't teach well at all. I had to teach myself! She goes to fast & even if you don't understand the material she will go on.

She is a very good teacher real down to earth. Sometimes she talks while your doing classwork but the convo is usually interesting. She is very flexible and caring and sweet. Dont be late to class or you'll look dumb.

You better do the homework!! She pulls the quiz and exam questions right out of the book! You can't fail if you follow along and do the problems in the book! Dry sense of humor. She strongly dislikes cell phones and their use in her class!!

Professor Weir is a great teacher. She has alot of patients for the class especially for the ones that just don't listen. But she does have it for the ones that wants to learn. She assigns hw so we can practice on what may be on the exam and trust me that is required to do so.

Began the semester with knowledge of the subject because I was good with math. As the class progressed, it has been hard to keep up because she went too fast. Thinking that doing the work would help, didn't. The last month or so of the semester i began to go get tutoring help. It didn't. I understood the material but she doesnt give partial credit

I took Statistics online, which is not easy. Prof. Weir provides ALL the notes, but you have to study. She is a VERY fair grader - I really thought I was only going to get a C, but I got an A. She is really good about checking emails and responding, which is important when there is no class time.

she loved my class cause we werent rowdy and talkative. she used to beg us to participate and sometimes force us to. i dunno what some of u r talkin bout, but maybe it was cause she just liked my class. she also let me use a graphing calc for the final cause i had 4got the regular one. i thought she was a fine teacher and nice person. i got a B.

I took the online statistics course. Professor Weir is very fair and helpful. If you do all the homework assignments, the quizzes and tests will be a cakewalk. Teaching a course online in a math subject is tricky, but Professor Weir is responsive and available.

i got a B in the class, but weir is horrible. if you ask a question she gets all pissed off that you dont know it. she let me use a ti-86 all sem and then says i cant use it on the final! if you ask someone in class a question, she flips out, she needs to be the center of attn.
