Professor Johnson is hands down my favorite professor at Colgate. He is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of psychology and cares so much about his students understanding the material. He is hilarious and always makes class fun to go to. I definitely recommend that everyone should take a class with him if you can!!

Dr. J is my all time favorite professor. He is first and foremost an amazing teacher. He puts in a lot of effort and crafts each class to the students' needs and interests. He has a way of breaking down even the most difficult concepts using memorable examples so that you truly understand the information. You will learn a lot and like it.

Professor Johnson was hilarious and always made sure we were having a good time. I felt like I was in a small seminar rather than a class of 150. His examples were easy to remember because he made them really funny. I never had any difficulty paying attention in class. I highly recommend him!

Amazing prof. He makes you want to come to every class. He is hilarious and connects everything you learn to both relatable information and the big picture. Great teaching style. Johnson is a good professor.I was not interested in stats before taking this class and I'm still not interested now, but it hasn't been as torturous as I thought it would be.Tests are hard, but manageable.If you genuinely understand what you are doing, then you should be fine.Do NOT be lulled into a false sense of security by the first two tests!

Amazingly helpful outside of class but in class his lectures are very unclear. His test were wayyy to hard. I know this is a requirement for psych and he is a nice and funny guy but be prepared to work really hard and probably not do so well.

Professor Johnson is hands down the best teacher I have ever had. He is absolutely hilarious and teaches this class in a way that means I absolutely love the material. I have an A in the class simply because he is an amazing teacher. This is also the smartest man I have ever met. Absolutely everybody should take this class.
