A marvelous teacher, always warm and easy to approach, and incredibly knowledgeable, too. I always looked forward to class, and I only wish I'd taken more classes with him! I'd recommend anything he teaches.

An amazing first english class, complete with excellent discussion, lecture, and selected readings. Everyone's writing improved enormously...Grennan himself is a reknowned poet...kindhearted, wonderfully accented and highly knowledgeable and patient.

Passionate as anything, engaging. Knows what he likes, but open to other things. Really a fantastic teacher. He cares, and will work hard to make you care too. Even though its hard not to around him. Wonderfull accent a plus!
