Very knowledgeable about what he teaches. Not a fan of group work for online students but he is pretty flexible in helping overcome obstacles working with difficult people. A great class to take for a background in the software development process.

CIS-332 was writing intense and had 12 2+ page papers due during the semester. Dr. Pauli's expectations were very clear and he gave good grades if you did what was asked. He was enthusiastic and personable and gave lots of positive feedback.

In 8 semesters, Dr. W. Pauli is the best lecturer I've had. Knows his material, connects with real-world stories. This is writing-intensive: expect to produce 2+ pages per week, written with a high degree of intellect. Highly approachable & enthusiastic.
