I had to fight for my grade in this lab. Wouldn't recommend with a heavy course load because this lab requires more work. Quiz, lab reports, and prelab due every week. Drops lowest grade in each. Thought the quizzes were tough but others will say they're easy. The lecture each week was the worst part. This man could put people to sleep.

Amazing class got an A easily just have to stay on tract with quizzes. Lab reports super easy also labs. Lectures for long but it's durable. Basically gives answers for reactions that are supposed to be on lab report. Highly recommended!

And then there's what? Then you distill the what? How many times can one person say what? Seriously he'll say it over a hundred times a lecture. Lectures are long and boring, and if you're talking or not paying attention he'll blow a foghorn in your ear. The labs are bad, but the quizzes and lab reports are kinda hard. The final is all mechanisms.

Easiness of the lab depends on TA because Kluger doesn't grade. Be ready to stand for a useless 2 hr lecture (no chairs) and hear the word "what?" upwards of 100x a day. The thermometer is your... what? Your friend! It tells you... what? The temperature! The whole lecture is like that! Also, he lectures with a Godzilla toy.

Took for lab. Super easy! Lab reports aren't hard at all. Quizzes take a little while to get used to, but aren't bad. His lectures are annoying though. Engineering 1-0-what? And what? Make a game out of counting how many times he says what during his lecture.

Had him for orgo lab, he's a pretty fun guy and his love for chemistry shows. He lectures before lab, which many students complained about, but it's all useful material. Keep up on notebooks and studying for quizzes to get a pretty easy A.

Very fair class. Quizzes can be a bit tough, but as long as you study before hand, should do well on them.

Dr. Kluger is extremely long winded so patience is a virtue in his lab. The grading consists of lab reports, pre labs, pre lab quizzes, a notebook, and a final exam. The lab is very manageable, just stay on top of assignments and make sure to review the lab packet before every lab. The final is comprised of old quiz questions. B=Easy A=Doable

Lectures for 3 hours, but he gives useful information in chemical engineering one oh...what?...one. Fair grader. Quizzes are easy if you read the lab manual and do the lab reports.

Took 4th exam DURING Finals wk. Got a 70 cuz no time to study. Dr K called at 10pm-said I was exempt from next-day 7am CUMULAT Final cuz still had 94% avg. STRESSFUL!

That this guy for lab. Do not take hie if at all possible. He lectures for 3 hours before lab and his quizzes are harder than my orgo lecture class! I had a lower grade in here than in lecture. take Ozztek instead.

Really nice guy who honestly tries to make the class enjoyable. Downside is he lectures FOREVER at the start of class. The good part is if you put the time into doing every assignment and skim the notebook before quizzes you will def. get an A. Useful to take the lab while taking Org. II.

Class is ALOT of work for 2 credits but not because of him. He pretty much gives you all of the answers for the lab write ups...you just have to listen to the hour and a half lecture every week (that's the hard part). The class could be harder but he makes the work easy. It's the constant talking and talking that's hard to get through. Take him.

kluger was nice, but talks foreverrrr (literally). the first day he talked about the syllabus for almost 3 hours. lectures for at least an hour and a half every week and it sucks because he is just regurgitating what is in your coursepack. lab reports are time consuming and quizzes are not as easy as other labs. not the easiest lab teacher.

A HUGE amount of work for 2 credit hours. Not a bad professor, but fairly long-winded. What he says is important, but doesn't let you start experiments that take several hours while he lectures for over an hour and a half (on average). Lots of work, and it can be daunting to those who don't mind their time well.

He is a character. But I got an A. He is a lot of work. Treat this class as if it were a normal three hour lecture, because it is so time consuming. Quizzes are ok but hard. Lab Reports are way easier than Elsheimers.

"Dirty" Kluger is definately a character! Be prepared to go adn listen to a pointless lecture every lab for 2-3 hours. His quizzes are managable if u study. Lab Reports are time consuming but not as bad as CHM 2046L. I recommend taking him after hearing about other lab instructors! o ya .. HIS HAIR CUTS looks like he does it!! sooo funny!
