Great teacher and easy class. The lectures are pretty boring but the actual class is not hard at all. She takes the class on a field trip to the Museum of Fine Arts which is pretty cool. Would defenitly recommend.

Amazing teacher! Elena loves her work and is very passionate on teaching it. She even took the class too The Houston Art Museum and we all got a A+ JUST FOR GOING. I highly recommend her.

Elena Is an amazing teacher. I took her during SUM 1 and I loved her class, I always looked forward to going. Her class is very hands-on with the lecture. You'll get to experience the things you're learning about which in my opinion is easier to remember. Easy class, easy A. You'll end up loving her, totes recommend!

This is an easy and interesting class especially for art majors. She recomended her students buy the old edition of the textbook which saved me a lot of money. She is very talented and passionate about art. Best teacher ever!

She is a fun teacher that knows how to spark a mind. Honestly, I hated art until I met her. I've taken 2 classes with her and learn something interesting every time I walk in the door. She is easy on the eyes as well.

I always looked forward to going to Elena's classes. She's very understanding, nice, and she makes learning fun. You can generally tell that she loves teaching, which makes you more interested. Her classes are very hands on. If you take Art appreciation I would encourage anyone to take her.

She's a good teacher. There was a lot of freedom in the class. I found out i was interested in different types of art i never knew i liked. She left us to do work at our own pace and helped us when we needed it. Overall fun class.

Took art appreciation. Very easy class. Hardly any work and you get an "A" just for doing the "art stuff." Never talked about the final so I didn't know what to except but it was super easy.
