Dr. Juckett is by far one of the greatest professor I have ever had. Loved the class, completely applicable to my future goals and a class I actually wanted to attend. Highly recommend!

TAKE THIS PROFESSOR. Elizabeth is an excellent professor - she gives amazing lectures, is understanding to issues to might face in class, and happens to be an interesting person. I have taken a few of her classes and have never been disappointed. Yes, you will read and yes, you will write but it won't kill you.

Dr. Juckett does seem to be a little flighty at times and sometimes I think she grades higher for students she has a personal relationship with. However, she is typically nice to everyone and her 304 class was pretty easy. She is always available to talk to and will help out if you need it.

Professor Juckett was wonderful! I've never had a better Professor. Her lectures are clear, to the point, and interesting. Class discussions are insightful thanks to her. Understanding of her students needs and abilities. Always available in office hours and through email. She's also the kindest per on I've ever met. I couldn't praise her enough!

Elizabeth is a wonderful instructor. Succinct and effective; she's a wonderful communicator. She requires you to do a fair amount of work, but if you are willing to learn from her, she is very knowledgeable and sharp minded. +1000 points that she is ultra kind.

I'm a senior, and Dr. Juckett is the best professor I have had at WVU. Yes, there is quite a bit of work involved, but the work is relevant to other areas of life, and therefore, well worth it. She would also go to great lengths to help any of her students (current or prior). I highly recommend taking a class with her.

Very great, nice teacher. Discussion-based class. Goes to great lengths to prepare you for exams. A good bit of writing- both papers and exams. A LOT of reading...but some good spark notes would probably give you a solid c. Actually reading and participating pretty much gives you an A. Takes this class if u genuinely like to read and discuss!

I loved this class! There were no exams, but it is a writing course, so be prepared for a lot of it. This should be a breeze for anyone who took AP English. Anyway, Dr. Juckett is fantastic, and I recommend her to anyone. She puts as much effort into the class as she expects from her students. I now have an English minor thanks to this course.

Very friendly teacher. Classes are taught through lecture, which becomes irritating at times because the information is really basic. Directions to assignments become confusing due to Juckett's over explaining. Always ask for help if you are unsure of your work.

I loved having her as my Short Story and Novel class! One thing that's rare with professors is that they are approachable. She is such an inspiring, genuinely nice person. I cannot wait to take her other classes. I would not graduate without taking her class! Also, lots of extra credit is offered.

Very easy! Sometime class could be a little boring but most of the time it was fun. She asks for your opinions but if you dont want to answer you dont have to. Tests and quizzes are easy and there are only 2 papers that you have to write and they arent hard. Very good teacher. Easy A if you read or sparknote the stories

Elizabeth's class was always interesting. She involves the students in many activities and asks for opinions often. She is extremely knowledgeable about British Literature. She offers extra credit and an A+ on the only oral presentation is given, as long as the student completes it. Great class, great prof!

Such an awesome teacher. So easy and extremely fair. She agrees with everything you say and will never make you feel stupid. In the class I took we had to read a short story before each class. There was really no need. She tells you everything that happened, what it meant, and doesn't force you to participate. Three tests, one easy research essay.
