Comment:

She is a very nice person, but unclear in expectations. She is not nit picky in class but very much so in her grading, and does not answer questions when they are asked. She is always about 10 minutes late. On the day of the mid term she didn't even have enough copies for the class! This is one of the most frustrating classes i have ever taken.

She's great. Her tests are easy. Skim the book, listen in class and you will get an A. If you have questions, she is more than willing to help. Yes, she is difficult to understand sometimes.. BUT she speaks multiple languages which makes her a great linguistic prof.

She's a really nice lady but not the best teacher to have. She can be a bit unorganized and would go into tangents unrelated to the subject matter. However, her tests and projects are fairly easy so I guess if you want an easy A, take her classes but be warned that she isn't the best teacher out there.

I don't know what anyone else is talking about. As usual, attend class, participate in activities, do homework and it's a piece of cake. My only qualm with Dr. Kuhn is that she doesn't get angry with the dipsh**s who decide to chat during her entire lecture. If you don't like her, you're prolly just lazy. She's a neat little woman.

Very unclear lectures, even more unclear answers to questions asked in class. Don't bother asking for clarification of anything, you'll only become more confused with the response. If this is an option within a group of required classes...take something else. Seems to be pleasant, but that doesnt' help comprehension of the subject.

Dr. Kuhn's teaching style is not for everyone; there is a lot of class discussion and experiential learning so if you're not into that, consider yourself warned. Yes, she is disorganized, but if you can get past that you will learn something from her and from the other students in your class.

Without a doubt, the worst teacher I have ever had. While she may be a good person and yes, her control of the english language is relatively impressive for a foreigner, teaching is not for her. I have never been so disgusted with a teacher. It was a waste of my money and time to take this class with her. She was confusing, late and unorganized.

Dr.Kuhn is qualified, approachable, helpful, pleasant; the lectures are only thick if you've no interest to learn and, at this level, teaching shouldn't have to double as entertainment. I learned an increasingly useful skill set from her ESL course. Easy grade.

alright...people are being way too harsh. She deserves some credit for learning the English language inside and out! Sometimes her accent is a little thick, and sometimes she speaks a little too softly BUT just ask questions(she is glad to answer) and don't sit in the back of the class! The book is confusing and she is very helpful in summarizung!

The worst class ever. It's hard to concentrate on the class & the material being taught when the instructor looks absolutely hideous & has a German accent(but teaching us English Grammar??) Always late but demands punctuality from us!?? Although it was fun for my friends and I to guess each day which shoe she brushed her hair w/ that day! :)

It was an ESL course. This woman was simply awful. Concur with the 20-30 minute tardiness (aren't the *students* supposed to be the tardy ones?), but also and awful instructor. Horrible accent, bad hygiene and appearance, all around nasty. I got a B but it was hardly worth it.

Dr. Kuhn is one of the top two worst teachers I have ever experienced in my entire educational career. She was 20 minutes late to class everyday and expected us to stay afterwards to make up the missed time. She is the most unorganzied person.
