Class is way harder than you think it should be. Tests are more like Business Stats. and Dec. Tech tests...more quanatative than qualatative. You do not need to buy the book, everything comes from powerpoint. Peterson is kind of out there in left field, but really has a good heart.

Don't buy the book. Make sure to bring a nice fluffly pillow. I spent more time sleeping and texting friends in the class than I did anything else. Very easy, but wish I had taken someone else to actually get something out of the classes.

Mrs. Petersen is the most boring teacher I have ever had!! Very disorganized and relies WAY too much on powerpoint. If you are going into Ops. Management as an emphasis, don't take her because you will not learn a thing from her. Pretty easy class though and you can skip fairly often. She also gives a surprise EC quiz when attendance lags.

Class was extremely boring. There is no role. I bought the book, but just wasted money. ALL TEST QUESTIONS ARE FROM POWERPOINTS. Do not buy the book. Study the powerpoints very carefully, there are alot of them, but if you study them carefully you will get a good grade on the exams.

Don't be mislead, this is the most pointless, futile, boring class in existence. The overlap between Marketing, Org man, and common sense is 80%. Myself and my roomates all have stopped attending the class and our grade has suffered zero. Seriously been to the class 5 times 3 for tests.
