He is the hardest teacher I've ever had. I am usually an A student but with him even getting a B was very tough. Expects us to do readings without warning and gives a pop quizz every class to check on the reading. Asks us to read a book a week on average and the books are all very depressing.

Gansworth is a really tough grader. Miss one formal paper and you actually can't pass the class. On the other hand, I missed two weeks of class when I was sick and he was 100% willing to help me make a deadline on a paper. You have to do the reading and you have to participate in order to do well. An A is extraordinarily difficult to get from him

The foundation between a professor and a student is trust. That usually gets broken when you get hit with a pop test because he cant. So glad I'm out of this class. This guy is nuts!
